UITM is a university aligned with the Bologna Process within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). Accreditation by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, quality assurance by the Polish Accreditation Committee (PKA), and conformity with the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance (ESG) — under this layered structure, the quality of UITM's education is assured.
It is this UITM that provides quality assurance and the curriculum, and Shibuya Web3 University Co., Ltd. operates the programme in Japan. The programme is positioned as a Professional Program of UITM, and its learning outcomes and attainment goals are designed at standards equivalent to Level 7 (Second Cycle) of the EQF (European Qualifications Framework) for the MBA, and Level 8 (Third Cycle) for the DBA.

To all who complete the full curriculum, an official Executive Award (completion certificate) is conferred under the name of the President of UITM. The President confers the Award on the basis of academic review and recommendation by the faculty. Two years of research, and its academic results — that rigorous process of evaluation is condensed into this single phrase.
HAS FULFILLED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CURRICULUM CONTENT EQUIVALENT TO DOCTOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
With these words, UITM formally recognises that the curriculum you have completed stands at a level equivalent to a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). The programme is designed at a standard equivalent to Level 8 of the EQF — the third cycle.
WITH ALL THE RIGHTS, HONOURS AND PRIVILEGES PERTAINING THERETO
This is a declaration that UITM formally recognises you as a completer, and grants all the rights, honours and privileges that come with it. What you reach in these two years remains not only as your own conviction, but in lasting form — as formal recognition under the name of the President of UITM.

This completion certificate is proof of your educational attainment, preserved permanently in the university's formal records. And the one who confers it is the President of UITM in person.
